Ashburton Townhouses

A pair of contemporary two storey townhouses are proposed to replace an existing cream brick residence. The design incorporates environmental sustainable design priciples including optimising solar orientaion to benefit both dwellings and  double height living spaces with highlight operable windows to promote passive cross ventilation. The layouts allow for maximum flexibility and accessibility to cater to changing demographic and associated living arrangements by offering a master bedroom and ensuite arrangement on the ground floor as well as the first floor with stepless entries made possible via the garages despite the significant fall across the site.
