Under 300m2 again! Two storey terraces on long skinny blocks can be tricky. Add in a party wall (shared wall with neighbouring building) and north light somewhat blocked by another terrace right beside it, the parameters are difficult, but never would it stop us from maximising the amazing features of the site as well as gain back what we can through smart design.
Typically found with these types of terraces is lack of space, light and storage. So how do we do it?
